zk999 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules & User Agreement

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context requires otherwise:

• "zk999", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the zk999 online casino and sports betting platform operating at zk999.vu and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any natural person who has registered, attempted to register, or is accessing the zk999 platform for any purpose.

• "Real Money" or "Real-Money Games" refers to any game, bet, or wager placed using funds held in a player's verified zk999 account balance.

Registration requires submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC or internationally acceptable government-issued identity document. zk999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation at any time and to suspend account access pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

zk999 reserves the absolute right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4.1 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold one single registered account on zk999. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zk999 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. zk999 will never ask you for your password through any support channel. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you.

4.3 Accurate Information. All information provided to zk999 at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform must be accurate, truthful, and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading information, including misrepresenting your age or identity, will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

4.4 Account Suspension and Closure. zk999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice if it reasonably believes a breach of these Terms has occurred, if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. zk999 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts, as notified to the player via their registered contact details, or to close such accounts after the applicable notice period.

5.1 Supported Methods. zk999 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfer. Minimum deposit is Rs 100. zk999 does not accept deposits via credit card, cryptocurrency, or third-party intermediary services not listed in the platform's Cashier.

5.2 Own Funds Only. You may only fund your zk999 account using payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds deposited by a third party into your account, is strictly prohibited.

5.3 KYC Prerequisite for Withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will not be processed for accounts that have not completed KYC verification. You are strongly encouraged to complete KYC immediately after registration to avoid delays at the time of withdrawal.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are typically processed within 15–60 minutes. Processing times may extend during periods of high volume or for accounts undergoing additional compliance review.

5.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. zk999 may require that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices.

5.6 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount on zk999 is Rs 500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers on zk999 are available to registered, KYC-verified players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion's terms. Where a promotion is described as available to "new players", it is available only to players registering for the first time and who have not previously held a zk999 account.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. 6.3 Bonus Abuse. zk999 operates a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Actions that constitute abuse include, but are not limited to: using bonus funds primarily on low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine game participation; coordinating bonus claims across multiple accounts; exploiting a manifest error in bonus terms; or any conduct designed to derive profit from bonuses without complying with the spirit of the offer.

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable and hold no cash value until the associated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Upon expiry of the bonus period without completion of wagering requirements, all remaining bonus funds and winnings derived solely from those bonus funds will be forfeited without compensation.

6.5 Modification of Promotions. zk999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with notice to affected players where reasonably practicable. Such modification shall not affect bonus funds already credited to a player's account in respect of a completed qualifying deposit.

7.1 Game Outcomes. All virtual and RNG-based game outcomes on zk999 are determined by certified Random Number Generator technology that has been independently tested and approved for statistical randomness and fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the live dealer in a certified studio environment.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Each game on the zk999 platform has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game interface before any bet is placed. zk999 reserves the right to modify stake limits at any time and without prior notice.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a verified technical malfunction, software error, or network interruption that disrupts the normal operation of a game, zk999 reserves the right to void affected game rounds. Any bets placed during a verified malfunction are refunded to the player's account balance. zk999 is not liable for losses arising from player-side technical failures including but not limited to mobile device errors, browser crashes, or internet disconnection.

7.4 Sportsbook Bets. Sports betting markets on zk999, including PSL cricket and UFC markets, are subject to separate sportsbook rules accessible from within the betting interface. In the event of conflict between these Terms and the specific sportsbook rules, the sportsbook rules shall prevail in respect of that specific market.

7.5 Currency of Settlement. All game outcomes, winning payouts, and bonus disbursements are settled exclusively in PKR at the amounts displayed to the player at the time of the bet or game round.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on zk999. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register on your behalf;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent identity, age, or contact information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the zk999 platform;
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or feature of the platform;
• Engaging in money laundering, placement of proceeds of crime, or any activity designed to obfuscate the origin of funds deposited to zk999;
• Depositing funds using payment methods not registered in your own name;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports market;
• Using the platform in any manner that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction;
• Attempting to access accounts, systems, or data belonging to other players or to zk999 without authorisation.

All content available on the zk999 platform — including but not limited to the zk999 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics, audio assets, promotional materials, software code, and documentation — is the exclusive intellectual property of zk999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

No player or third party may reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any content or software from the zk999 platform without the express prior written consent of zk999.

Unauthorised use of zk999 intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages and will result in permanent account closure.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, zk999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from or in connection with a player's use of, or inability to use, the zk999 platform.

10.2 zk999's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 zk999 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or malicious code, or that the results of any game or bet will meet any player's specific expectations.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits zk999's liability for death or personal injury arising from its own gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10.5 You acknowledge that online gambling involves an inherent risk of financial loss. Participation on zk999 is at your own financial risk. Gambling winnings are never guaranteed and past performance in any game or market does not indicate future results.

zk999 is committed to responsible gaming and player wellbeing. The platform provides the following tools, accessible from the Account Settings section after login:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, and monthly funding caps;
• Loss Limits — automatic suspension of gameplay when a defined loss threshold is reached within a specified period;
